Systemic structural constellations with Andrea Mosimann

During three days (Friday is break day) the wonderful Lusitanos support us with their sensitive, people-oriented nature in the constellation work.
With constellations, tricky life situations, stubborn issues or conflicts inside or outside are changed with depth and at the same time playful ease. You can constellate your family, relationships with people and animals, teams but also an inner system (feelings, goals, inner blockages, etc.). The powerful interaction of people, animals, energies, knowledge and reality, often have surprising results and effects. Constellations change us internally - sometimes consciously and sometimes unconsciously.
How do systemic structural constellations work?
In problematic states, the person is often completely connected to the problem and thus has no distance or no possibility to find new solutions. In constellations, with the help of representatives, inner images about a situation or a concern are shifted to the outside and symbolically represented. This way you can see your issue from the outside, so to speak, experience and witness how steps are taken towards a solution. It will be very exciting to see what role the Lusitanos play and what input they give us.
In the solution picture we finally stand in the middle of the transformed, newly ordered and positively connected system. Resources become accessible and thus tangible and usable. We can perceive or feel a solution, even if we do not yet know exactly what the solution will be.
Are you interested? Then you can participate in two ways.
On the one hand, you can constellate a concrete topic of yours. For each constellation there is a solution-oriented preliminary discussion, in which your concern is already illuminated from different sides. This conversation takes place with Andrea in private. The other participants will not know what kind of issue it is about and can therefore stand completely neutral in their roles.
On the other hand, you can participate as a representative. In this great role you participate in a "foreign" system. This service alone is an invaluable power. As a representative you have the possibility to "walk a few steps in someone else's moccasins", as an Indian proverb puts it. Each constellation expands the experience of all present and with it the options of how we ourselves can deal constructively and positively with the challenges of everyday life.
When people and horses come together to work on healing and harmonizing systems, it creates a powerful energy that can change and transform much that previously seemed insurmountable.
About Andrea Mosimann
Andrea has been working as a naturopath in Switzerland for over 20 years. Her holistic support of people includes homeopathy, energy work and systemic structural constellation. The constellation work is mainly influenced by her trainer Eva Gütlinger.
