Ópera is a very typical Lusitano mare with a beautiful roman nose.

From her father Flamenco she inherited her sociable nature and her cool character. On her mother's side she goes back to a Veiga stamped bullfighting line.

She has enjoyed her life in the herd on pasture until spring 2022. Ópera is currently for sale by Sonja Ruffieux in Switzerland (1715 Alterswil). Sonja has started slowly and cautiously with her training. She therefore knows in the meantime (as of August 2022):

Putting on a halter and first lead training
to be groomed and touched everywhere
Front and hind legs give
communicative ground work
lunged at walk and trot
Obstacles such as bridge, poles, flutter curtain, tarpaulin, etc.
Saddle and stirrups
first steps with a rider
