Making the world a little better for horses. That's what la Perla Stud Farm stands for.

The Lusitano stud farm Yeguada La Perla is located in Spain, near Segovia, approximately 130 km north of Madrid, on a plateau in the mountains at an altitude of nearly 1200 meters.

Our beautiful Lusitano mares, stallions and geldings, horses for sale and breeding horses live here in large areas, free and horse-friendly, yet protected and accompanied with all our love.
The welfare of our beloved horses always comes first. The rearing of our foals and young horses is particularly important to us. They grow up from day one under optimal conditions in large pastures and are then lovingly, gently and with plenty of time prepared for their future (riding) horse life.
Our most important ingredient is our boundless love for these wonderful horses.

The La Perla Lusitanos go straight to the heart! They have the very best character, are noble, clear-minded and rideable, healthy and robust, have quality gaits and remain typical Lusitanos. They are suitable for nearly every discipline, always wanting to do everything right and they are fun and enjoyable to work with.
